We’re looking for the right candidate to join our IT Team to provide additional support to our users. Working with the existing team, you’ll provide day-to-day end-user support for our Production and Corporate staff and will be responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops and printers. In such a fast-paced production environment, you’ll need to be incredibly organized, calm under pressure and capable of quickly shifting focus to stay on top of everything – not to mention highly communicative.

The Job: 

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade PC workstations, peripherals and application software;
  • Provide End-User support for Corporate and Production Staff;
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of LAN technologies and be able to provide assistance in the administration of local area network operations;
  • Must make a conscious effort to keep up-to-date on new and emerging technologies;
  • May require other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must possess knowledge of PC hardware, as well as various Windows and Mac operating systems and applications;
  • Superior knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating systems as well as the Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Server 2008/2012 platforms;
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment, adapting to multiple demands and shifting priorities;
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Desire to learn, try new things and think outside the box.
